That being said, it is possible to see Arcadegeddon getting a Steam release date at some point further down the line it's also rather hard to predict when that might happen. Arcadegeddon may be the next best Co-op shooter of 2021. We have disabled them and added an additional launch option for DX11 but we cant officially support it as it is unstable without the plugins that require DX12. Unless it plans on surprising everyone, it's very possible that the Epic Games Store will remain the sole way to play the title on PC for the foreseeable future. Because of the third-party plugins from Unreal Engine that we use.
#ARCADEGEDDON STEAM UPDATE#
Unfortunately, no signs currently point towards a Steam release happening any time soon. ATTENTION Arcadegeddon Players: We are aware of an issue with the Xbox Series X update that affects Horde Mode & Boss Rush gameplay. Arcadegeddon entered early access in July 2021 as an Epic Games Store exclusive, its full launch occurring a year later, on July 5, 2022.
